Scrum Master - Contract

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to join a dynamic team on a contract basis until the end of the year.

If you're passionate about Agile delivery, coaching teams, and driving continuous improvement, this role could be ideal.

Strong day rate available of €500 - €550/day depending on experience - flexible working arrangement.

About the Role:

You’ll play a key role in facilitating Scrum ceremonies, strengthening Agile maturity, and aligning delivery with business goals.

As a Scrum Master, you'll serve as a team coach, servant leader, and change agent—bringing energy, transparency, and a sharp focus on team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor Agile teams to high performance
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure Agile best practices
• Foster collaboration between Product Owners and delivery teams
• Shield teams from distractions and manage team dynamics
• Track team progress and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement culture and Agile maturity

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience
• Strong facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience working with technical teams in delivery environments
• Deep understanding of Agile principles and team coaching
• Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA
• Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe Scrum Master preferred
